Director, Data Science/ML at CookUnity

CookUnity is hiring a Director, Data Science/ML to lead product data science strategy and build a team focused on predictive modeling, personalization, recommendation systems, experimentation, causal inference, and production ML. The role partners with Product, Growth, Engineering, and UX leadership; owns the end-to-end ML lifecycle; and drives customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Candidates need 10+ years of data science experience, including at least 5 years in leadership, along with strong ML, experimentation, product, and technical skills. The position offers CAD 210,000–250,000 in compensation and health insurance coverage.
