Save the Children is hiring a Director, Data Support to lead and mature its Data Support team and deliver high-quality data operations for marketing, fundraising, governance, and strategic decision-making. The role manages analysts, coordinates with data infrastructure and business stakeholders, develops team strategies and roadmaps, oversees capacity and resource planning, and supports data governance and enablement initiatives. It is a hybrid position based in Washington DC, Fairfield, Connecticut, or Lexington, Kentucky, with a target base salary of $80,750 to $111,150 depending on geographic labor-cost factors.
