The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, selecting tenders, defining offer strategies, leading client relations, defining objectives, and ensuring results and profitability. Required qualifications include a civil engineering degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a construction company, advanced English level, contracting ability with private and public clients, experience in the studies department, and experience in leading teams.
