Description

DEPT® is hiring a Director E&E, Delivery to lead complex creative projects and programs for clients, manage project and program resources, oversee delivery processes and budgets, coordinate stakeholders, and mentor a direct-report team. The role requires extensive project and program management experience, creative workflow expertise, digital transformation experience, and strong client communication skills. It is open exclusively to candidates based in the United States West Coast and offers a remote salary range of $138.40 to $160,000 USD.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of project management experience in advertising, creative agency, production studio, or a related environment
5+ years of program management experience
7+ years of experience managing an internal team and direct reports
Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows or content production tools
Experience merging project artifacts into program-scale artifacts and optimizing delivery
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
Project financial management, budgeting, ETC, EAC, profitability, project accounting, and opportunity estimation
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, video, digital, social, and integrated campaigns
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving, organization, time management, and risk management skills
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with diverse resources
Excellent client communication experience
