Description
Delinea is hiring a Director, Demand Generation, Fastpath to own the strategy and execution of pipeline and growth objectives for its Fastpath business. The role translates commercial priorities into integrated demand-generation, campaign, digital, partner-marketing, and customer-expansion plans; leads a growth team including a Campaign Manager and Partner Marketing Lead; develops co-marketing programs across the partner ecosystem; and owns the growth budget, performance reporting, and return on marketing investment. The position requires significant B2B growth and integrated marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, governance, or a related technology market, along with strong commercial, analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
