Description
The role leads the design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of regional academic programs, including online and blended learning, interim instructional services, outdoor environmental education, and career readiness programs. It supervises department staff, supports schools and principals, ensures equitable access, manages professional learning, collaborates with community and district stakeholders, and handles budgets, reporting, procurement, and legal processes. The position requires a master's degree focused on curriculum or administration, at least three years of program-supervision, school-based administration, or principal experience, and Maryland Administrator I certification.
