Description
Nscale is hiring a Director of Deployment Engineering to lead systems engineering for deploying, validating, and operating core compute platforms supporting AI infrastructure. The role manages systems, compute operations, and deployment validation teams; establishes validation standards for servers, GPUs, networking, storage, and infrastructure; leads GPU burn-in and performance testing; and improves automation, observability, reliability, and delivery velocity. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and up to 50% travel. The base salary is $240,000–$353,000 USD, with possible bonus, equity, commission, and benefits.
