Citi is hiring a full-time Strategy and Analytics Manager for its Liquidity Management Services Balance Sheet Strategy Team in London. The role leads a team of five senior professionals, defines and executes balance-sheet optimization strategy, manages deposit levels and volatility, supports planning and forecasting processes, drives KPI and analytics improvements, and leads strategy forums. It requires significant senior experience in product management or treasury, deposit and asset-liability management, stakeholder management, and analytical and communication skills; a bachelor’s degree is required and a master’s degree is preferred. The position offers a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week, a competitive base salary, and additional benefits.
