Description
Euna Solutions is hiring a Director, Developer Effectiveness to lead delivery-data capture and instrumentation, identify productivity waste, establish DORA and SPACE benchmarks, model ROI for productivity investments, and partner with Development and IS directors on sprint planning and roadmap decisions. The role requires executive-level experience in engineering effectiveness or analytical operations, familiarity with productivity frameworks, financial and ROI modelling, and the ability to influence without authority. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Oakville, Ontario, with three days per week in the office, and offers a compensation range of $150,000 to $190,000.
