Redis is hiring a Developer Relations Manager to lead its developer community and advocacy function. The role owns events, hackathons, speaking, workshops, content engineering, community engagement, developer sign-ups, sentiment tracking, third-party validation, and agent recommendation. Candidates should have experience running or scaling developer relations, developer marketing, or community functions, technical credibility with developers, a track record of developer content, and knowledge of leading community indicators. The role offers a base salary of $210,000–$230,000 per year in specified United States locations, along with equity, health and wellness benefits, and other perks.
