Carousell Group is hiring a Director to lead and evolve engineering platforms, infrastructure, and data engineering capabilities across the organisation. The role combines strategic and technical leadership, with responsibility for scalable distributed systems, reliability, observability, developer productivity, AI-native and agentic engineering adoption, engineering leadership development, and cloud and infrastructure investments. Candidates must have significant experience leading large-scale engineering organisations, deep expertise in at least two of Platform Engineering, Infrastructure/SRE, and Data Engineering, and a track record of building and operating high-scale platforms.
