The role manages a $1.35 million annual fundraising target, supervises the Donor Relations Coordinator and Program Coordinator, and requires a bachelor's degree, 7 to 10+ years of fundraising experience, and proficiency with Salesforce and donor analytics. The position is eligible for a remote work arrangement with periodic business travel and offers an estimated New York metro base salary of $140,000 to $148,000 per year.
