Director, Development at Greystar

Greystar is hiring a Director, Development to source and manage the full lifecycle of real estate development pursuits in the Sacramento region. The role oversees land due diligence, investment memoranda, underwriting, transaction negotiations, project design, permitting, construction management, budgets, consultant relationships, and coordination with equity partners, property management, and asset management teams. The position also supervises development production team members and requires at least five years of real estate development experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong financial and analytical skills.
