Studio Designer is hiring a Director, Development to lead and mature a small development team responsible for the frontend architecture, infrastructure, roadmap, and delivery of its interior-design business software. The role reports to the Chief Technology Officer, partners with Product and other development leaders, and focuses on scalable frontend solutions, technical debt reduction, incident response, developer mentorship, and product quality. The position is remote-first, offers a base salary of $150,000–$175,000 USD, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
