Description
QTS is hiring a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead and manage electrical engineering design, standards, and execution across mission-critical development projects. The role oversees electrical systems for data centers and similar large-scale facilities, approves designs, coordinates with development, construction, procurement, operations, and sales engineering teams, supports site acquisitions and custom client solutions, and presents design updates to executive leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience, at least 12 years of relevant electrical engineering design and mission-critical project experience, data-center electrical design experience, strong project management and communication skills, and U.S. citizenship; a Professional Engineering license is preferred.
