Description
The Sr Director FP&A – Development will lead financial oversight of Qiddiya’s development projects, including budget, schedule, risk, variations, claims, project-accounting reconciliation, forecasting, management reporting, and board-level presentations. The role also manages stakeholder relationships, mentors the FP&A team, and drives automation, AI, and ML initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or business management, a professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or MBA, 15 years of finance experience, more than 5 years of FP&A experience, and senior leadership experience in master development, construction, infrastructure, real estate, or a comparable large multinational environment.
