Description
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is hiring a Director of Development to lead business development for the Hyatt Inclusive Collection across the EAME region. The role will expand the portfolio of managed and commercialized hotels and resorts by sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and executing long-term hotel management and commercialization agreements; identifying owners, investors, developers, and other partners; evaluating conversion and new-build opportunities; and building regional networks. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of transaction-oriented hotel management or real estate experience, at least three years of relevant hospitality experience, international hotel real estate experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
