AIPAC is hiring a Director to drive growth in financial support for pro-Israel political candidates and Members of Congress across the Midwest region, based in Chicago with regular travel. The role focuses on donor cultivation, high-level solicitations, retention and acquisition, political-commitment fulfillment, lay-leadership development, and Salesforce CRM maintenance. Candidates need at least five years of experience in political fundraising, sales, or a related field, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and a passion for U.S.-Israel relations; a bachelor's degree is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $120,000 to $175,000 plus benefits.
