AIPAC is hiring a Director to grow financial support for pro-Israel political candidates and AIPAC. The role focuses on high-level donor cultivation, donor retention and upgrades, acquisition, political-commitment fulfillment, lay leadership development, and Salesforce CRM maintenance. Candidates need at least five years of experience in political fundraising, sales, or a related field, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree or commensurate experience. The position offers a base salary of $120,000 to $175,000 and a hybrid schedule of two remote days and three office days.
