Description
Harvard University is hiring a Director, Development Strategy to manage and oversee systems, processes, internal communications, and the pipeline of top solicitations supporting the university-wide fundraising efforts of the President and Provost. The role oversees $10M+ solicitation portfolios, prospect and donor strategy, leadership meetings, committee membership, event requests, and cross-functional coordination, while supervising an Assistant Director. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of related experience, hybrid office presence, and occasional evening or weekend availability; visa sponsorship is not available.
