Description
L3Harris is hiring a Director, DevSecOps Engineering to lead software engineering practices across its Maritime and encryption businesses. The role will build and improve engineering pipelines, define software engineering processes and governance, advise engineering and business leadership, oversee software development, analyze engineering performance, and mentor technical leaders. It requires extensive software engineering and DevSecOps experience, leadership across multiple teams, knowledge of regulated and mission-critical environments, and an active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance. The position is based in Camden, New Jersey; Millersville, Maryland; or Palm Bay, Florida, with a 9/80 schedule and up to 15% travel.
