The role owns long-term platform strategy, reusable commerce capabilities, architecture, modernization, engineering standards, operational excellence, and alignment with product, security, data, and executive stakeholders. It requires 10+ years of software engineering or technology experience, including 5+ years leading engineering organizations, along with e-commerce, AWS, Adobe Commerce/Magento, and architectural experience. The role is based in Asheville, North Carolina, with hybrid work preferred and remote candidates considered in approved locations.
