Description
The Director of Digital Design and Verification will own end-to-end digital architecture, RTL design, verification strategy, execution, and delivery for complex mixed-signal semiconductor products. The role establishes coverage-driven SystemVerilog/UVM, formal, AMS/DMS, automation, and sign-off practices; leads cross-functional and global alignment; builds and develops a digital and verification team; and drives productivity, quality, risk mitigation, and first-pass silicon success. The profile requires proven leadership in digital IC design and verification at scale, experience delivering complex mixed-signal SoCs, and expertise in RTL, FSM/control logic, and verification methodologies.
