Description
Hermeus is hiring a Digital Transformation Lead to own the strategy, roadmap, and effectiveness of its core digital platforms and enterprise systems. The role leads digital transformation initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance; defines digital-thread architectures and systems of record; improves workflows through process redesign, automation, AI, and emerging technologies; and builds the teams, operating model, governance, and strategic partnerships needed to deliver and scale these capabilities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience and 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, engineering or manufacturing systems, enterprise architecture, or related disciplines.
