Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Director to lead the DOCA DevOps and Integration teams and drive AI-assisted development tool adoption across its R&D organization. The role also owns the end-to-end BlueField user experience, from installation and provisioning through firmware and software lifecycle and customer deployments, while establishing maturity benchmarks and mentoring senior engineers. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, at least 12 years of software engineering experience, at least 6 years managing R&D engineering teams, and strong expertise in Linux, CI/CD, build automation, container or virtualization infrastructure, and system-level software.
