Description
The Director, Documentation, Knowledge Management and Automation leads the vision, operating model, roadmap, delivery, governance, compliance, and team development of documentation, content creation, knowledge management, and automation capabilities supporting Amgen’s global manufacturing network. The role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Technology, AI and Data, and other enterprise stakeholders to improve document quality, inspection readiness, compliance, automation, knowledge transfer, operational efficiency, and product release performance while maintaining GxP, regulatory, quality, records retention, and data integrity standards.
