Loenbro, LLC is hiring a full-time Director, EHS Training & Development in Irving, Texas, to lead enterprise-wide environmental, health, and safety training strategy, curriculum design, governance, competency standards, and continuous improvement. The role partners with EHS, operations, craft and apprenticeship programs, learning and development, human resources, and other stakeholders to develop training for craft professionals, supervisors, leaders, and EHS teams while maintaining compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, state, and client requirements. The position requires at least seven years of progressive experience in EHS, safety training, workforce development, or related high-risk industrial environments, along with regular travel to project sites and operating locations.
