CHAOS Industries is hiring a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead and grow its electrical engineering organization responsible for power, analog, mixed-signal, and digital electronics across RF sensors and avionics systems. The role oversees hardware architecture, trade studies, PCB design, signal and power integrity, EMI/EMC, qualification, production, field support, and cross-disciplinary troubleshooting, while recruiting engineers, establishing standards, and allocating resources. It is a full-time, on-site position in El Segundo, California, requiring a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 15+ years of relevant experience, aerospace or defense electronics experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. The targeted base compensation is $246,000–$308,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits fully paid by the company.
