STACK is hiring a Director, Electrical OFCI Engineering & Technical Delivery to lead the technical strategy, procurement, integration, commissioning, energization, and operational resiliency of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed electrical infrastructure across hyperscale and colocation data center projects. The role requires a mission-critical electrical engineering leader with at least 15 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, and expertise in medium-voltage distribution, generators, UPS systems, switchgear, transformers, EPMS/SCADA, grounding, and fault-tolerant architectures. The position is remote with domestic travel of 30–40%, requires U.S. work eligibility and background screening, and offers a compensation range of $197,600 to $221,300 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
