Jabil is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead system-level electrical architecture and platform strategy for hyperscale server and infrastructure products. The role defines architectural standards, aligns engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer teams, manages technical risks, and provides functional leadership for the Electrical Engineering discipline. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field, at least 15 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and influence skills; an advanced degree and hyperscale or cloud customer experience are preferred.
