Description
CIMA+ is hiring a senior electrical network engineering leader to manage a team of about ten engineers and technicians and lead electrical network studies and interconnection projects for the Energy and Resources team. The role covers technical leadership, project delivery from feasibility through detailed engineering, client and multidisciplinary coordination, standards compliance, financial oversight, quality control, strategic development, and market positioning. It requires a university degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and strong French and English communication skills. The work location is Laval, Montreal, or Sherbrooke, with a hybrid work model.
