Description
The Director of Email Development & QA will lead 10–15 developers and QA specialists delivering pixel-perfect email campaigns for a Fortune 100 financial services client. The role owns the production ecosystem, development-to-QA pipeline, responsive design systems, personalization logic, API frameworks, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and SLA compliance, while also leading AI-assisted development workflows and participating in pre-sale scoping. It requires 10+ years of email engineering experience, including 4+ years leading technical teams in an agency or consulting environment, along with expertise in email development, front-end and back-end systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and accessibility. The position is remote in the United States, offers a base salary of $165,000 to $185,000 plus an annual performance-based bonus, and includes medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
