Description
Silvaco is hiring a Memory Design Lead for its Mixel Vietnam entity to lead the architecture, design, customer interface, and delivery of embedded memory compilers covering SRAM, ROM, register files, and dual-port RAM. The role combines technical leadership across circuit design, physical implementation, PPA analysis, silicon validation, and design methodology with team leadership and senior customer-facing presales and integration support. Candidates need a relevant advanced degree, 10+ years of embedded memory design experience, production tapeouts, expertise in memory compilers and advanced process nodes, and proven leadership of a team of at least six memory designers.
