The National Wildlife Federation is hiring a Director, Employee Experience to lead the strategic and operational employee experience across hiring, onboarding, development, engagement, employee relations, performance, compensation, benefits, and retention. The role partners with senior leadership and the People Team, manages HR professionals, and requires a hybrid work arrangement from NWF’s headquarters in Reston, Virginia, with at least one day per week in the office.
