Coupang is seeking a senior human-resources executive to lead a multi-level, multi-functional ER organization in Taiwan. The role will set technical and performance standards, design company-wide ER strategies, manage risk governance and labor-management stability, improve complex processes, establish contingency plans, and mentor senior leaders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in HR, law, or a related field, at least 12 years of HR experience with extensive ER leadership exposure, expertise in global labor laws and risk management, and strong influence, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
