EXP is hiring a Director, Energy & Power Systems to establish and grow its Energy Infrastructure and Mission Critical Facilities practice across North America. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Expansion, the role leads strategy, business development, client engagement, market expansion, and practice leadership across data centers, AI infrastructure, utilities, transmission, substations, renewable energy, energy storage, and related markets. The position requires 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, a record of developing large-scale infrastructure programs and client relationships, and expertise in utility interconnections, grid reliability, generation development, permitting, and executive stakeholder engagement.
