Description
Redwood is hiring a Director of Engineering – AI & Full-Stack SaaS to lead engineering strategy and execution for a scalable enterprise SaaS platform. The role oversees multiple engineering teams, defines technical roadmaps and architecture, drives cloud-native and full-stack development, and embeds AI and GenAI across the software development lifecycle. The position requires 15+ years of software or product engineering experience, significant engineering leadership experience, enterprise SaaS expertise, and hands-on knowledge of backend technologies, distributed systems, cloud platforms, DevOps, and AI/GenAI adoption.
