Description
Redcare Pharmacy is hiring a senior engineering leader to guide the convergence and evolution of its Retail Media and Marketplace engineering organizations. Reporting to the Executive Director of Engineering or VP of Engineering, the role leads two Engineering Managers, sets engineering direction, drives delivery and architecture, develops engineering managers, partners with Product and Commercial leadership, and manages external platform partnerships. The position requires at least three years of experience leading engineering teams through managers or leads, experience with commercial B2B platforms, strong technical and commercial judgment, and strong English communication skills.
