SharkNinja is hiring a Director, Engineering – Advanced Development to lead early-stage product concept development, design storytelling, platform exploration, and the Advanced Development pipeline across multiple consumer product categories. The role partners with mechanical engineering, R&D, product development, and product marketing; integrates materials, manufacturing, and DFM/DFA; and builds and leads a team of managers, engineers, and designers. Candidates need at least 10 years of product development experience, including 5 years in management, along with relevant technical software experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in a related technical discipline. The position offers an annual salary of $140,400–$205,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
