Description
Adobe is hiring a Director of Engineering, Agentic Product to lead the technical execution and quality of its AI-native agentic product. The role owns the agent’s capabilities, behaviors, and user-facing experience; grows and leads the engineering team; partners with Product, Design, and platform teams; and establishes quality, reliability, guardrails, and evaluation practices. Candidates should have experience leading engineering teams that ship complex AI products, deep AI/ML product engineering knowledge, hands-on architecture and code expertise, and strong cross-functional leadership. The U.S. pay range is $206,400 to $384,675 annually, with California pay of $265,700 to $384,675.
