Description
Fidelity is hiring a Director, Engineering - AI Data Technology to lead engineering teams delivering scalable data and AI capabilities for the Fidelity Wealth business. The role partners with business, product, architecture, data, and platform teams to translate Wealth priorities into secure, reliable solutions, while providing strategic engineering leadership, people leadership, and guidance on technology decisions involving data management, AI engineering, responsible AI, cloud solutions, and modern architecture patterns. The position requires extensive people management and engineering leadership experience, hands-on software engineering expertise, DevOps performance experience, and experience partnering with Product and Business stakeholders. The base salary is $126,000-$255,000 USD per year, and Fidelity does not provide immigration sponsorship.
