Description
Flex is hiring a Director, Engineering in Georgetown, Texas, to provide strategic and technical leadership across manufacturing engineering organizations including structural test, process engineering, automation, manufacturing engineering, and new product introduction. The role will lead engineering strategy, system architecture, R&D, industrialization, thermal management infrastructure, advanced test solutions, manufacturing deployment, quality, operational excellence, and scalable manufacturing execution for hyperscale cloud and high-density AI compute platforms. The position reports to the VP Operations and requires at least eight years of engineering management experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, and extensive manufacturing engineering experience.
