Coates Group is hiring a Director, Engineering to provide technical leadership for high-performing engineering squads, build engineering capability, manage technical debt and design quality, ensure platform health and operability, and lead permanent and partner engineers. The role requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 3 years in engineering leadership, along with enterprise-scale platform experience, full-stack and cloud-native architecture expertise, and experience managing cross-functional and blended engineering teams.
