Refresco Beverages US Inc. is hiring a Director of Engineering to lead regional engineering and maintenance operations across five or more facilities in the United States and Canada. The role oversees Project Engineering Managers, capital projects, equipment reliability, maintenance budgets, staffing, performance management, SAP Maintenance implementation, and continuous-improvement initiatives. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 10 years of engineering leadership experience in manufacturing, multi-site team and capital-project management experience, and knowledge of infrastructure systems, safety, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
