Description
SendCutSend is hiring a hands-on technical leader to scale its engineering organization from approximately 16 engineers to many times that size. The role will recruit and retain engineers in Reno and remote locations, establish engineering processes and leadership structures, own feature delivery predictability, guide architecture and technical direction, and work closely with product, operations, manufacturing, and executive leadership. The position requires 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 10+ years in engineering leadership, and may require shop-floor interaction. It is primarily remote or office-based within a manufacturing facility, with a stated annual salary of $280,000 to $400,000.
