Standex Electronics is hiring a Director of Engineering to lead its Endurance Design Team and oversee the development and launch of power magnetics products. The role manages multidisciplinary product development engineers, coordinates engineering processes and programs across multiple sites, leads engineering validation and production launch activities, and drives technical leadership, product sustainment, process improvement, staffing, and performance management. Candidates need at least five years of senior engineering management experience in a design and manufacturing environment, an engineering degree, and the ability to work in an ITAR/CUI environment.
