Description
Coveo is hiring a Director of Engineering, Command to define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for its Command product area, lead multiple engineering teams, deliver secure and scalable software, and mentor engineering leaders. The role requires at least three years of experience leading managers in a SaaS software engineering organization, experience leading customer-facing enterprise engineering teams, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to balance strategy with execution. Preferred qualifications include experience with globally distributed organizations, highly available cloud-based product platforms, and a leadership philosophy focused on high-performing teams.
