Full Spectrum is hiring a Director of Engineering, Embedded Software to lead the technical vision, strategy, and operational excellence of embedded software development teams. The role manages multiple client projects, provides architectural guidance, ensures compliance with medical device regulations such as IEC 62304 and ISO 13485, and leads, mentors, and recruits embedded software engineers. The position requires extensive embedded C++ and medical device development experience, with a base salary of $165,000 to $225,000 annually and bonus eligibility.
