Description
The role leads engineering execution across a capital project portfolio, overseeing scope, schedule, cost, quality, staffing, budgets, reporting, change management, risk mitigation, field engineering, commissioning, startup, and operational handover. It requires experience with EPC, EPCM, or hybrid project delivery; engineering execution planning and forecasting; leadership of large technical organizations; professional engineering registration or equivalent accreditation; a master's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related discipline; and experience with large-scale industrial processing facilities. The position is hybrid, based in Phoenix, Arizona, with up to 25% domestic and 35% international travel.
