Director Engineering Operations at Astera Labs

Astera Labs is hiring a Director of Product & Test Engineering to lead its Product and Test Engineering organization supporting new product introductions and high-volume manufacturing with Asia OSAT partners. The role owns product qualification, ATE test development, characterization, yield improvement, manufacturing readiness, and production release while collaborating with Design, Validation, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams. It requires at least 12 years of post-silicon product development experience, leadership of Product and Test Engineering organizations, semiconductor qualification expertise, and hands-on experience with Advantest V93000 ATE platforms and PCIe, PAM4 SerDes, Ethernet, and LPDDR interfaces.
